GlobalFest is a celebration of the languages and cultures of the inhabitants of Illinois, geared towards students of world languages at the junior high and high school levels.

Global Fest 2010
A Celebration of World Languages and Cultures

Saturday, March 13, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Registration fee:  $12.00/participant (postmarked by Feb 15)
Fee increases to $15.00/participant after Feb. 15

Each year, almost 800 students, teachers, group leaders, organizations & specialists attend GlobalFest to lead activities, perform, bring displays, learn about world languages and cultures, and meet peers from around the state and across the globe. Participants learn about and share their knowledge of the world through:

To offer an activity at GlobalFest, applications must be postmarked by January 18, 2010. To bring a group to attend, registration forms and fees must be postmarked by February 15, 2010; after this date, fees increase to $15/participant. One complimentary chaperone registration per group (groups over 15 students receive one additional complimentary chaperone registration).
