OPTION 1: Exhibitor Session & Exhibit Hall Logo Link
For a $100 per session fee, exhibitors can present sessions of their choice. Sessions can highlight specific products, in addition to including general information regarding best practices in the teaching of world languages. Sessions will be recorded and available online until Dec. 31, 2021.
Exhibitors presenting sessions will automatically be included in our Online Exhibit Hall links so be sure to include your logo file and website link on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Please submit your presentation proposal on the form found at www.ictfl.org. Your due date for both the session proposal(s) and fee(s) is Aug. 6.
To further entice attendees to your session(s) and website, you could offer a prize. If you choose to do this, please let us know in the last box “Notes for Conference Committee” on the proposal form and on the Exhibitor Registration Form. We will then include this in our advertising and in the Conference Program.
